Experience is synonymous of practical wisdom and knowledge,
and for this reason Casa Service started operating in the house and environment
cleaning.
The company was founded by Barbato family in 1954 and now, more than ever, it is
believing in the strong Italian family values. Because Casa Service has always
turned its attention to families, by putting to use in its own mediums in order
to offer a full service.
As time passed and the market developed, the company became
the symbol of an important working reality. It has a 5,000 sq. warehouse and a
storage capacity of 170.000 sq. of a competitive assortment that contains the
best of the national and foreign production that is carpets, doormats, carpets
furnishings and table clothes.
Our trade activity is articulated in many various directions
up to the maximum levels, according to the incoming demand, consumers target,
the sale channel, the image. This is possible thanks to our present assortment :
it is vast, contemplated, competitive, it consists of an endless list of
articles different from each other with regard to measures, quality, material,
workmanships, selected according to the demands of the customer, because it is
really from the normal people that we receive the best suggestions in order to
contemplate to an essential market.
To our main trade activity we have recently added an outlet
with a capacity of 3.500 sq. In the outlet we sell articles that are not
included in our catalogue. We chose this kind of items for different reasons:
first of all in order to meet the customers different needs by inviting them in
a different place not in a department store or a supermarket. Secondly, we cut
the prices in order to help people to save money. Thirdly because our range of
outlet articles includes every kind of furnishing idea: kitchen, bathroom,
bedroom, outdoor carpets, towels, table clothes and more.
Casa Service works nationwide in a flexible way by guarantying
to the large detailers and to final customers three important things: assortment,
quality and service.
The assortment is base on the accurate selection of articles
coming from all over the world, an endless range, that aims to satisfy the
extrovert demands of the consumer, for every type of house environment,
guaranteeing new products, that can testimony the high rotation of the products
and as I said before. Casa Service imports, it exports and it markets its own
products with Belgium, China, Croatia, Greece, Egypt, India, Italy, Mexico,
Turkey, England, establishing a collaboration with world wide manufacturers in
order to guarantee in the market a "top" product, for the whole range Casa
Service.
The big choice of the materials both naturals and synthetics (cotton,
coconut, poliamide, polipropylene, rubber, plastics, nylon, micro fibre, pvc)
completely satisfy the consumer demand. thanks to this operational choice, we
define the uniqueness of every environment in the house, that is kitchen,
bathroom, living room, bedroom, outdoor.
The quality is undisputed in our company, tightly tied up to
the attractiveness, dictated by the quantity, whit is an important aspect for
the clientele that wants to save and buy a guaranteed product, selected for the
Italian market, that last.
Our quality control focuses on three main points:
- goods arrival;
- packaging and image;
- stocking.
Today for each company on the national and foreign market, the
"service" is the most important aspect and at the same time the hardest to
maintain high, but Casa Service keeps working to this, both in the large scale
retail trade and in retail developing systems of sale aimed top who wants to buy
and save.
We test our methods thanks to experience and need of
practicality in the stores, for who exposes and for who purchase.
We follow the client from the beginning, from the first
contact with our agent, to the final sale, proposing on request:
- the study of the display areas, analyzing the space and
diversification of the product in base of the geographical area;
- consultation display;
- merchandising in the sale points;
- animation of the sales (promotions) contemplated to the
receptiveness of the shop;
- study of the personification;
- deliveries in Italy and abroad.
We give space to the ideas concerning every environment, our
